Shipping FAQ

How much is shipping?
•We have a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $15 CND for all order up to $149. Shipping for orders $150 and over is FREE!
•If you require a different shipping option, please contact us before placing your order.

In-Store Pick Up:
•Yes! You can checkout and choose "In-Store Pickup and we will gather your order for you. No Payment online is necessary, you can pay in store once you decide if your purchase is correct, or we can send you an invoice to pay online.

What type of payments do we accept?
•We accept all major Credit Cards and Debit through Paypal. We can also accept Credit Card payments over the phone or in store.

How long will it take?
•For orders within Canada we ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. If everything is in stock, your order will ship out within 1-3 business days (not including weekends). Within Canada, you should receive your order in about 1-7 business days from when it's shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

What if it's out of stock?
•We try to keep our website inventory current, but because we are a physical retail store our inventory levels are changing daily.  Once your order is placed, we will let you know if there are any items that are out of stock. You then have the option to cancel and we will refund your payment.

What about returns?
•We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  Please mail the package back to us (your cost) within 10 days and we will refund or exchange your purchase.  Please make sure all tags are still attached and your receipt is included. We expect to be notified of your return ASAP, so please email info@radway.ca or phone 250.746.8444.
