Is your store open? When is Curbside Pick-up?
Our physical store is currently closed. We are offering Curbside Pick-up on: Tuesday/Thursday 3:00-4:00 & Saturday 3:00-5:00. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick-up, which is usually the same day, but sometimes one full day is needed. You should received a confirmation for pick-up within 24 hours of your order. If you don't receive one please contact us! Our hope is to extend our pick-up times soon, but with limited staff and children at home this is currently the best we can do! We are happy to make other arrangements if these times don't work for you, just let us know.

What if I missed my pick-up time?
All curbside pick-up orders are ready and waiting during the hours listed above. If you don't pick-up your package, it will simply be ready and waiting for you at the next pick-up time so don't fret if you forget or need to come another day.

Do I need to enter my address when choosing Curbside Pick-up?
Yes! To select Curbside Pick-up you still need go through the checkout process and enter all of your information. You will see the option once your order is placed. 

Do you offer Delivery?
We are available to deliver packages in the local Cowichan Valley for purchases over $60. If you would like this option please select "SHIPPING" when you checkout and leave a note in the checkout. Please include any information about your property, like "leave on porch" etc. Please note items are in paper bags and not weather proof.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal or e-Transfer. To pay via e-Transfer please select "INVOICE" when you checkout. E-transfer instructions will be included in your order confirmation via email. To pay in store, please select INVOICE and you can pay via Debit or Credit card when you pick up.

What about returns?
We are currently encouraging everyone to be mindful of their purchase and would like to avoid exchanges at this time. Our regular store policy is exchange or store credit within 14 days. We are taking exchanges on clothing items that do not fit. Please note any returns are set aside and held from being sold for 7 days, and then either sanitized or steam cleaned for safety. If you are mailing a return for exchange please contact us to arrange. Shipping cost is your responsibility. *Please note our popular "LAST CHANCE PACKS", underwear and earrings are FINAL SALE.

What about my Gift Card or Store Credit?
Do you have a store credit or in-store gift card to use? If this is the case you can contact us to find out the amount on your account. To place an order and use your credit, choose "INVOICE" when you checkout. This will send your order to me without requiring payment. I will apply the credit, and resend you a new invoice with the balance owing. Payment can then be arranged for any balance owing via Credit Card online, or e-Transfer.

How long does Shipping take?
Purchases that are being shipped should ship out within 3 business days. We ship via Canada Post Expedited which is usually around 3 business days within BC, longer for other parts of Canada or the US. Canada Post is experiencing some delays, so at this time please do not place an order for Shipping if it is time sensitive. You will receive a Canada Post tracking number via the Canada Post website once your order ships out. We do not add tracking information to this website, so please contact us if you need help.

I need help, and am not tech savvy! Can you help me?

What if the item i'm interested in has colour or pattern options not shown?
For any items on our site with options that are not shown we will send you a photo to make your selection. An alternative if you are doing Curbside Pick-up is that we can put a selection out front and you can choose your favourite. This works well for items like Baskets where we have lots of choices and not enough time to load all the photos.

Are you doing shopping by appointment?
Yes, we have just started taking appointments. Please contact us. One or two people per family in the store at time please.

Can I make a WISH LIST?
Yes! Whenever you see a little heart icon you can press it to add your favourite items to your Wish List. You will be asked to make an account, and then your items will be visible after you login. This list is available to us, so we can help others suggest gift items or you can save this list to purchase your favourite items at a later date.
